Bangkok International Dental Center (BIDC) hereby announces that we have a retention period of dental records of 5 years past the last encounter date. Thus, all dental records including patient’s history, x-ray films, study and wax up diagnostic models of patients who have not been followed up with our center for the duration exceeding 5 years with the last encounter date in 2017

will be destroyed on May 1st, 2023 onwards. In case the above announced items shall be retained or needed, please kindly contact our Customer Service Department at the first floor during our working hours prior to the destruction date,  April 30th 2023.
