ISO Accreditation

Bangkok International Dental Center (BIDC) is International Standard Organisation certified with ISO 9001:2015 (latest version) by the international certification body Intertek Group under UKAS (United Kingdom).
The ISO certification implies that BIDC follows quality management systems set out within the ISO guidelines. This means that the dental center has assessed and audited by an independent organization and has successfully fulfilled areas including quailty checks with key performance measurements, customer service indicators and managerial tools.

The ISO accredtiation by Intertek International falls under the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), the sole national accreditation body recognised by governments to assess, against internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services. UKAS accreditation provides an assurance of the competence, impartiality and integrity of conformity assessment bodies.

The ISO 9001 standard is an international reference for quality management requirements that provides a framework of requirements for management to address customer focus, process the management approach, and pursue continuous performance improvement.

The ISO 9001 standard is based on the 8 management principles namely customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, System approach to management, continual improvement, a factual approach to decision making and setting mutually beneficial supplier relationships.The ISO 9001 standard is one of the most widely known standards worldwide as the a quality management system standard.

BIDC dental clinic's dental services management system is ISO9001 certified since 2006 with the ISO standards chapters from ISO9001:2000, ISO9001:2008 and ISO9001:2015. BIDC dental center leads the way as one of the leading dental clinics to be accredited with the latest version of ISO standards chapters on its continous dedications to achieving high standards of quality management system.
