All of us at BIDC recognise that going to the dentist can bring anxiety. For many it is a new experience and one that no-one would choose unless it was absolutely necessary. So our aim is to give our patients and their relatives and friends as much information as possible so everyone understands exactly what to expect and so anxiety is reduced as much as possible.

It is perfectly normal for a patient to ask many questions and we are always happy to answer them. We want to all our patients to feel welcome and care for them in privacy and with respect. We have a culture and record of patient safety and cleanliness and in almost every case, a pre-assessment session passing through a registered nurse at BIDC is done prior to meeting you're dentist.
