BIDC Main Office at Ratchadaphisek Rd offers an on-line dental register form to speed up your visit at our dental center for first-time patients.
Online Pre-Registration Terms of Use
- The online pre-registration form is used ONLY for BIDC at Ratchadaphisek in Bangkok.
- Please use this form only if
- you are a new patient and ths is you’re first appointment to BIDC
- you have a confirmed appointment booking by phone or email from our staff
- If you do not have an appointment or are unsure if you have a confirmed appointment, please kindly contact us
If you are a returning patient to BIDC, there is no need for any pre-registration as you’re information is already logged within our system. Please do however inform our staff should there be any updates on you’re contact and medical information.
Patients of Other Offices
If you already have a confirmed appointment at our other BIDC dental clinics offices in Bangkok, Chiang mai or Phuket, please simply arrive about 15 mintues before at your appointment timing. Our counter service will do a check in for you on your arrival.
